Returns & Exchanges
Garmentory connects you with independent boutiques worldwide, and while we want you to love your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Please note that all returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Garmentory account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Await Boutique Approval
Once your request is submitted, the individual boutique will review your return; once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with specific shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package back to the boutique's address.
Receive Your Refund
After the boutique receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
